Kia Soul intermittently starting My Kia Soul had been intermittently starting, and I was concerned it was either the battery or the alternator. Kris scheduled me for the next availabl My Kia Soul had been intermittently starting, and I was concerned it was either the battery or the alternator. Kris scheduled me for the next available appointment, called within 30 minutes of dropping my car off, let me know I needed a new battery (which was in stock) and gave me an estimate.
