Went for my complimentary oil change today that came with the purchase of my 2020 Kia Sorento. While driving home my oil pressure light came on. I had lost most of my oil and needed to have the car towed b the purchase of my 2020 Kia Sorento. While driving home my oil pressure light came on. I had lost most of my oil and needed to have the car towed back to the dealer. Ask for the Service Manager to call me, told he would in a few minutes and he never did. After they worked on the car second time they followed none of the Covid -19 protocol they advertise. No sanitizing of vehicle being returned to the customer. More
They are just the best. I’ve been going to Weston Kia for 14 years, and I’ve always been absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work, professionalism, thoroughness, and most of all their honesty and i 14 years, and I’ve always been absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work, professionalism, thoroughness, and most of all their honesty and integrity. My current car, which I purchase from them, is now 11 years old, and has driven like a dream since the day I bought it, thanks to Weston Kia. A couple of times I even price checked their estimates, and both times found them the least expensive of all the local shops I would consider taking my car to. And I can’t tell you how many times after receiving an estimate, I asked what things were critical for now and what things could wait, since I didn’t have the funds to cover all of the repairs and maintenance needs at the moment. Every time, they have itemized for me the things that could wait, and how long they could wait. This time, I asked that question because it needed several things, which would’ve cost me several hundred dollars. I’m moving to Central Oregon, and I’ll need to purchase a new car come winter time. I shared that, and Chris told me, to be perfectly honest, if it were his car, he would only do one of the things he was recommending. How many shops would do that??!! I so appreciate Weston Kia! They are hands-down, in my experience of many years, the best, the absolute best. I’ll probably even drive the 135 miles back over Mt Hood to have my next car serviced by them. I may even purchase it from them! More
I’m tired of all the so called complimentary checks and then being charged for them, those small fees add up, it’s already bad enough they rip customers off for a job that can be done for a reasonable pric then being charged for them, those small fees add up, it’s already bad enough they rip customers off for a job that can be done for a reasonable price but they make us pay for the brand. Another concern I didn’t see anyone wiping down any chairs when I came to get my oil changed. More
