No masks or gloves Came in to have tire pressure checked because of the dashboard warning light. Did not plan to get out of my car due to the pandemic. And no one was we Came in to have tire pressure checked because of the dashboard warning light. Did not plan to get out of my car due to the pandemic. And no one was wearing a mask or gloves.. Was told I had a flat tire that wasn’t repairable and because there was no tire in stock that was my size, the tire could be removed and replaced by the spare at no charge. Great. Except the woman helping me proceeded to open my backend, move things around in the trunk all without wearing gloves. I had to get out of my car and was assured that everything would be wiped down afterward. No one wiped down the things in my trunk. I have always been quite happy with your service. However, Personally, I did not feel safe or protected from exposure at your business. This is why the low rating. More
