Jennifer helped me get ahold of someone after a week or so. Hector did discuss a lower interest rate without payment for 90 days, which didn't end up being the offer. Lisa in finance started off friendly, but was condescending when I declined to purchase an additional warranty, and then smirked and laughed when I didn't have a physical check on hand to pay the downpayment. In a digital age, this isn't necessarily a given! I asked if it was funny, and she said no. I had to go get a check and come back, which she made embarrassing when it didn't need to be. More
