Had an appointment to get a new key coded to my car. After 55 minutes, I checked in to follow up on status, no help or info, and finally another 25 minutes later it was finally done. Pretty sure they only started working on it after I asked what was taking so long for a 10 minute program sync. Again, not awful, just not thrilled. More
