Gary Kaufman and Brad Roe in sales have treated me like a friend directing me with excellent advice. I just purchased a my second new vehicle from Weston, a pickup (Sierra) that I really like. Brad spent a lot of time with me making sure I was getting what I was shopping for. He was very patient while I was making decisions. We cut a deal after a few days, while I had to learn what was important to make sure I was ordering the features that I needed. Gary has made sure that I have been well informed on the needs that are important to keeping my cars “well” and keeping things within my budget. I have never had a vehicle breakdown due to poor maintenance. I have told several people about Weston and my experiences. I am painfully aware of dealers that do not respect customers and looking for a “quick kill” to make money. Total turn off for me. This past week I had two vehicles serviced, which Gary told me about a problem that I had (mouse) that needed my immediate attention. I have great confidence in the KIA brand as I own a 2014 KIA Soul that I bought new from Weston KIA in 2014. Now I'm a two Soul family, as I gave my 2014 to my wife. She's happy and I'am too. I'm glad that I can use the key fob to get inside of my car now, but I'm not happy that I had to pay $230 for a cheap key fob when I could have gotten a nice new updated one. Well next time I go in if a person has an appointment they are the ones that need to have their oil changed at that time. Not the ones that just drive up.
