I needed to get my car fixed after our snow/ice storm we had and Reanna McKinnon was so helpful with everything with insurance claim and communication. Was sort disappointed with the response I received on my last visit because it seems my request was ignored and the service personnel only did what they wanted to do to service my car plus I mention that my last visit because it seems my request was ignored and the service personnel only did what they wanted to do to service my car plus I mention that my right passenger tire was low and I wanted it check so apparently they forgot I asked them to do so when I mentioned it the second time the lady said it was taken care of but it was not she straight up lied to my face because the tire was still low as it was when I first got there so not it was not checked and definitely no air was added to my tire. so overall the service I received was not what I expected. Upon entering, I was welcomed in, asked how I could be helped, and offered a beverage. I let the sales man know what I was looking for, and he took me straight to the car of my choice. There was no pressure to purchase, just asked my options on the drive and the options of said car. More

Typical old school dealership-nothing different. Pressure sales to make their end of month quota at the cost of being very pushy. It was even explained to me that way. Pretty much what I expected but they sales to make their end of month quota at the cost of being very pushy. It was even explained to me that way. Pretty much what I expected but they had the car I wanted and worked with me on financing so I came back the next day. I couldn’t handle anymore insults that night as the salesman waved the pen around in the air and tried everything he could to get me to sign after I told him I was there to test drive only. Also very slimy at the end with a percentage “adjustment” without telling me so they could sell an extended warranty without a large difference in monthly payments. I couldn’t understand how it was possible to add $5000 to the bottom line by only adding $11 per month to the payments so I asked how. He then informs me they lowered the APR without telling me..(so I’d sign the dotted line with an expensive warranty at only a few dollars more.) So again, typical car sales game on the back end as well. When a dealership offers to take $1000 off of an extended warranty without batting at eye, you know the markup is huge. If they read people better and didn’t treat me like an idiot I would have bought there again, had a good experience, recommended them..but I won’t. More
I'm 69 and by far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe Longwell was very pleasant. Joe was able to answer all our questions and gave us a good tour of the vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2016 GMC Denali from Beaverton GMC, with oil life changes and extended warranty after using them for the first 30,000 miles for maintenance Covid hit. So was unable to travel Beaverton OR, I tried to purchase a 2020 Buick Aviner from Beaverton and could not even get a polite phone call back. So I called Weston Buick and they had the car I wanted next day purchased from great family of Westons sales people Excellent experience. Called Beaverton to have my 36,000 mile Denali Maintenance done last week they wanted 950.00 I decided to call Weston they did it for less than half and told me the Allison transmission screw on filter was still the original from factory and was supposed to be changed every 15,000 miles they changed the filter out also something that Beaverton should have done twice by now. I will be a dedicated Weston Customer from now on! They are honest and have values i have not seen anywhere else including Dick Hannah who squirmed out on promises over and over. I chose poorly being new to the Area, I know feel I have chosen well do your home work when buying in this area.
