I was super impressed with all of your staff, and your facility. Initially, I had reset some codes and should not have done that, and worked that out with Mike. Check in was efficient with no time wasted. It was nice to have two waiting sections, one with tv and another quieter area near coffee where I settled in expecting a long wait.
