Very accommodating and no pressure sales. Explained everything in detail and the people we dealt with were super friendly and easy to work with even the parts department. everything in detail and the people we dealt with were super friendly and easy to work with even the parts department. More
We have been taking both our vehicles to Weston for routine service and needed repairs for years. All the service reps are knowledgeable and friendly. Lately Shalina has been very helpful. They were very professional and efficient. I like to always be greeted by my name. Waiting area has both TV and a quiet area, which I appreciate. always be greeted by my name. Waiting area has both TV and a quiet area, which I appreciate. More

9am appointment, arrived on time for just a standard oil change. Took 2 hours for an oil change. Have to go back next week for the other car, oil change plus a recall, worried how long this will take. change. Took 2 hours for an oil change. I’ve always had great care at Kia, won’t take my car anywhere else! Angela is awesome! She was being run ragged due to being short staffed and she was still attentive! anywhere else! Angela is awesome! She was being run ragged due to being short staffed and she was still attentive! More
My experience at Weston kia was great! I wanted to go with zero down and 90 days before 1st payment and was pre-approved for 3.74% but they got me 2.99% from the same lender! When you disconnect the car battery you should inform your clients that the car is ready with a caveat.. that it needs to complete a drive cycle prior to you taking it to a DEQ.. I learned this aftern your clients that the car is ready with a caveat.. that it needs to complete a drive cycle prior to you taking it to a DEQ.. I learned this afternoon after you completed recall work this past Friday and went to DEQ to learn I could not register my car because of this.. I did not know what a drive cycle was until then.. Called you and tech was telling receptionist vague instructions.. asked for manager and while he was explaining it phone disconnected when I called back service department did not answer phone after may rings.. Called back several times and when transferred the phone rang endlessly with no one answering… You have many people working there and no one to answer phone.. Bad enough I have to spend time taking in my car for recall work.. but then not told about a drive cycle car needs to complete due to a battery disconnect.. prior to having your car inspected by DEQ is very frustrating.. and a total waste of my time .. I am sure I have not been to only person.. that this has happened to… Easy fix is to create a standard FYI notice to customers that their batteries has been disconnected and explaining this to them and stapling it to their receipt.. when they are picking up their car… It’s that’s simple .. do I sound annoyed yes I am..
