The service wasn't completed because the tech didn't schedule enough time to complete the job. When asked about KIAs vulnerability to theft and if it would be fixed at some point the counter person sai schedule enough time to complete the job. When asked about KIAs vulnerability to theft and if it would be fixed at some point the counter person said that it was up to me to buy a "Club" and that it was a question of my personal responsibility. Im so sorry that my car is now the choice of every teenage car their because it can be started using a USB device! More

Had a great interaction with the service dept & more importantly with Justin. My car repair became more complicated than expected. KIA Weston Service Department failed! !! My car needed tire alignment and yesterday I took it to KIA Weston service department in order to align my tire but unfortunately they failed and !! My car needed tire alignment and yesterday I took it to KIA Weston service department in order to align my tire but unfortunately they failed and told me that they have to change some of my suspension and because the suspension are expensive I have to call my insurance!!! After I called my insurance and created a claim, my insurance told me to take your car somewhere else for estimation and when I took it to different shop for estimation !!! they align my tire and problem resolved therefore never and ever recommend KIA Weston to any friends and family however I bought 3 car from them but not anymore. Big shame for unprofessional managers who hired such unprofessional, uneducated mechanics. More
