The service department was extremely busy that afternoon but my battery had died, the car wouldn’t start so I asked if they would work me in. Everyone I contacted was courteous and pleasant to deal with. They have been my go to dealer for the last six years and I have no desire or reason to change in the future. Received exemplary service from this dealership. I wasn't present for the search but arrived later for signing, I was not pressured nor hounded or pushed to make a decision. Weston Kia has been my Kia service provider since I purchased my Kia Sportage from them in 2016 (except for 2 years when I lived back east) They have always treated my Sportage and I very well. I am and always have been very satisfied with everything they have done to service my Sportage. The service reps have always been very nice, very helpful, and patient with my questions. My only complaint lately, is that it has been extremely difficult to get thru to someone on the phone when I call for appts or questions, no matter what time of day I try. I leave messages/ VM's however no one returns my calls. The service/customer service is great! The phone...not so much lately. The phones haven't always been this way. It seems to have started this year. I know they are super busy, however, if I have a question or an issue I don't want to have to drive back to the dealership to get questions or issues addressed because no one is answering the phones or messages. This was my first visit here, I just needed the software reprogrammed on my car, and it was just about a 30min wait. I did like the waiting room, the comfy chairs and tv we’re nice.
