On our first visit for scheduled service. We asked about minor hesitation at slow speeds, and we were told we needed a new battery for $350 plus $75 for installation. They checked the battery and said it's readings were fine. No charge. No need for a battery. Sadly, this ruins trust in the dealer service big time, and for no reason. Who's responsible? More
