The service representative was very kind, but the service itself was a disappointment. I brought my car here in hopes they could find the cause of a problem with my car. I told the shop what was wrong with my car, and explained what previous dealers have suggested is the problem. This dealer told me exactly what I told them when I brought the car in. I am supremely disappointed with Kia, multiple dealerships. None of the Kia dealers want to look deep enough into the problem to find the real cause. I was hoping that this dealer would have some new information, but instead they turned me away. My car is only one year old, and none of the Kia dealers are competent enough to find the cause of my mechanical issue. Pretty disappointing, Kia. More
