Beyond inexcusable customer service. Been given the runaround. Shoulder shrugs. No straight answers about my vehicle, the repair and have no idea when my car will be complete, only that it’s “undriveable”. Instead of bending over backwards to rectify, I get radio silence…NEVER SHOP HERE.
