I was in on 10/7/2024 after calling the dealership 3 times on my way home from work to schedule a service appointment. I decided to go in personally to talk to someone after nobody answering the phone i times on my way home from work to schedule a service appointment. I decided to go in personally to talk to someone after nobody answering the phone in the service department. I talked to Gary and we made an appointment for the next day (10/8/2024) which was great to have it scheduled so quickly. As we were talking, I noticed the phones continuing to ring and other service advisers seemed to be putting all calls to voice mail as the phone would ring and they would just hit a button on the phone without answering without helping any customer in front of them. I have experienced numerous situations like this trying to call for an appointment, no answer, leave voice mail, no call back, to service my vehicle over the past 2 years since we bought our car in 2022. I really do not have the patience for what I witnessed or experienced in the past. Going back to my discussion with Gary on 10/7/2024...I specifically told him my wife would be in to drop off the vehicle in the morning, and we live VERY close to the dealership and she would need a ride home. He said no problem. The following day when she dropped off the car, she reminded him she needed a ride home and he replied, "go to the waiting area". She waited 30 minutes and she went back down to talk to him and asked how much longer would it be for a ride home and he replied "I'll get to it as soon as I can". She then went to the ladies in the cashiers office and they called for a ride that came within 5 minutes. The driver said he was the only driver for shuttle and he never received a call from the service department. I think the actions of the service department are inexcusable and do not show customer respect or that they take their customers' seriously. Mr. Weston needs to have a serious sit down with his service advisors to possibly teach them CUSTOMER SERVICE and to answer the phones when they ring or he may not have much business in the future. I have purchased many cars in my life. My experience at Weston was exceptional. This is a principled, low pressure environment and my salesman, Clayton was the best. Beyond that, I had an issue with my vehicle (my problem) and the management contacted the owner who went beyond what was hoped for and did the right thing. Their service department is terrible. They do not answer their phones and prefer you to schedule an appointment online and select what service that needs to be done on your vehicle. You schedule the appointment for a Saturday and arrive early to be told in a sarcastic, racist manner that they don’t perform services on Saturdays. “Oh well you the one who scheduled it.” Who says that to a customer who spends their hard working money on one of your vehicles that’s still under warranty, to be totally dismissed and his disrespectful customer service. Weston, is this the type of employees you guys hire and stand by in your service department?! Please fix it! This behavior is unacceptable! More

Great people who actually care and understand the word service. I bought my truck from a different dealer who couldn't fix my warranty problem. Brought it to Weston to get it fixed. So far, so good. How long do you have to wait to be helped at this establishment?!? Made a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Arrived at 3:25. Four (4) different service desks were manned. I have been taking my vehicles to Weston for service since brand new. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by all of the service team. Gary is my main service writer and is always on top of things. When not available, Brian fills in with the same level of courtesy. I can trust the team at Weston GMC to get a complete and honest job done without taking me to the cleaners. If you need service on your GM products, this is the place too go. If your looking to buy, Clayton Hype is the guy to go to as he is not pushy or over bearing and will not leave you with that feeling you find at other dealerships. I've been a happy customer for 20 years! The whole dealership allows for me to bring my two pups in while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Oh and I can't forget the awesome ladies in the cashiers office! They are the most important members of the service team and always are professional and great to work with. More
