Customer Service After the Sale is Nonexistent When I bought my car, of course I was excited and gave great reviews however service after the sale is nonexistent. I purchased a brand new Explorer t When I bought my car, of course I was excited and gave great reviews however service after the sale is nonexistent. I purchased a brand new Explorer that had to be brought up from California. On the way the windshield was broken. According to Ford the trim on each side are not made to be re-attached and after one flew off and the other was loose I learned that Weslie Ford doesn't do their own servicing on windshields. Tthe person who did should have replaced those trim pieces. I inquired about getting them replaced and was passed to different people in the service department who passed me on to my salesperson, Keith Baese. I have been trying to get answers for 3 months but he won't tell me who did the work and he won't make any calls to the person who did change the windshield. His excuse is that he hasn't seen "the glass guy in 6 weeks." I'm tired of having duct tape on my new car and wind whistling through the sides. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I bought a brand new car but I now realize any warranty is only as good as the dealership and the salesperson. More
