I purchased 3 different new Lincolns over a 3 year period there, as well as a used Jaguar. The sales team is great, and service is (was) fantastic. John (Manager) was easy to deal with. The service department had great hoours, convenient location, and knew what they were doing. Now that they are closed, I have to deal with either Ford dealerships who have absolutely no clue how to treat a customer, or Lincoln dealers who think I should schedule my life around their convenience. Too bad Lincoln, you,lost a repeat customer. More
