Quick and professional First visit for oil change was great experience. Took less than 30 minutes and they washed my car as well. Wish every service center was this easy. Even the service manager, cashier and sales staff have become like family, always sharing a friendly word. The service technicîan himself comes out to talk personally, recognizing my third Kia as his baby! Top that off with a free carwash and we're all set!!! More
It never works out I haven't had many issues with my car that required service, but all anytime I have a minor issue and I go in, it never works out for me. My husband i I haven't had many issues with my car that required service, but all anytime I have a minor issue and I go in, it never works out for me. My husband is a tech for Chevy so when we bought the car he made me get the full extended warranty from bumper to bumper. The first time I brought he care in for an oil change and apparently I had a nail in my tire, they plugged it and when I went to pick it up I owed them $30. No one even called me to tell me and ask if I was willing to pay for that. With my husband being a tech there is no way I would of paid for a $30 plug. Then my battery died, I was stranded at home, I called in and they couldn't locate my warranty paperwork. It took several hours before they found it. They picked the car up and I had to get a ride to the dealership to get it back later that day. (No biggies). But then I go in to use the warranty that was sold to me for the minor dings. When I get there no one knows what I am talking about and they cant find my warranty paperwork again. To this day, that issue has not yet been resolved. They recommended me to caliber collision and told me they had a contract with them. Caliber collision had no idea what they were talking about. I still have those minor shopping cart dents. Then when I was there, we found another screw in my tire, now they have my warranty paperwork and replace my tire, sweet. A few days later I have to bring the car back because ever since the new tire my car has been pulling to the left. I take it to the shop and a female tech tells me that it has nothing to do with the tire change, I need an alignment. I explained this issue did not start until my tire was changed and I should not need an alignment, I asked them to rotate the tires since my car is rear wheel drive and they put the new tire on the drivers left, they rotated it with the rear tire and that solved the issue. That day the tech also tells me my tred is low and the advisor said to bring it back another day and they can use my warranty to get the other tires replaced but I have to come in on a weekday before 5pm, sweet again. I took off work and came in on a Wednesday around 1 pm, now there is no tire warranty. I speak with the shop advisor who tells me that none of the cars come with a tire warranty and he never heard of such a thing. I mention that it does exist because they already replaced one tire. He tells me there is a new system with westgate and all my information is no longer in their system. After some back and forth for about an hour he goes "oh, let me check the hard copies" and pulls out a folder with all my warranty paperwork!!! End result, this time I get a patch for free. The disorganization is very inconvenient. For the amount of money a person pays for a brand new car and a full warranty you would expect them to have their t's crossed and i's dotted. With my husband being a tech, I hear feedback from him all the time on the difference between Chevy's standards vs Kia's and he is to the point where he will not even take my car into them because he feel's like they are lazy and look for reasons to not have to make the repairs and he loudly voices his opinion when he is there. I feel if you are making someone pay out so much for these warranties at least have the knowledge and understanding of what is covered and not covered, know how to look these things up, stop arguing with the customer before checking the records & just know your xxxx! I could have my husband fix my car, but I bought the warranty for a reason, I take my car ONLY to the Kia dealership where I bought it, for a reason. Yet I feel like I'm at a mom a pop shop. More

Great service, but not free Wi-Fi service for costumers. Employers are very friendly and helpful. I did overhear a discussion letting another client know that the buy-4-oil change discount program was no longer being offered, very disappointing because this kept the cost down, will now have to shop around for a better deal on my oil changes :-( and there used to be Free-Wi-Fi, that is no longer available either.
