Monthly oil change and additional service Had my normal oil change and tire rotation, previous service indicated my front brakes were close and in need of replacement. They checked the brakes Had my normal oil change and tire rotation, previous service indicated my front brakes were close and in need of replacement. They checked the brakes and found that they were still good and did not need to be replaced at this time. They did go over the vehicle and found that a tie rod was showing significant wear and needed to be replaced. Replaced and performed alignment and now all is good. Like the fact that they don't just replace things because you asked, and that they look over the car to make sure no other issues are present. More

Computer reset at Kia dealership. Dunkin and Orlanzo are great! They are working with me due to limited funds because of five (5) major jobs that I had done by an outside mechanic! My husband took my 2015 Sorento in to be serviced on 11/29/18, during the evaluation it was noted my rear brakes needed replacing an additional $105.0 My husband took my 2015 Sorento in to be serviced on 11/29/18, during the evaluation it was noted my rear brakes needed replacing an additional $105.00 ? My husband returned the car to me that afternoon, I felt it drove a little rougher than it did before servicing but brushed it off. The next morning I am driving to Raleigh, when I applied my brakes the steering wheel and front end began to shake violently. I called my husband who was working nights and would not be off until Tuesday. Once he got to the dealership he was to the right front break had gone bad, it was not noticeable until the rear breaks were replaced. This will cost an additional $105.00. I asked what kind of Mickey Mouse mechanics was being done are we going to replace left and right or are we going to have to return weekly. He was then told the calipers needed replacing, the car was not safe to drive, the steering could lock. He was able to obtain a rental, they told him they would order the part and the car would be ready the next day. Needless to say that didn’t happen, when my husband called to check on the car he was told they had ordered an aftermarket part thar did not fit, they now have to wait for a “Kia” part that will cost an additional $105.00. Buy now it’s Thursday at 1:15pm I call to see what is going on with my car, I spoke with Dena who stated I have to call back at 2:15pm, my service tech is at lunch. I asked is there no one who can tell me the status of my car “nope you have to call back when he comes from lunch” (God forbid he gets run over by a truck at lunch, guess my car will be in limbo!) I asked her if she could not look in the computer and give me any information. I was told “I already told you your service tech is at lunch” I told her she was being rude and not helpful, asked to speak to the branch manager and was told my tech is the manager also. I just hung up but not before I let her know she will be named in my complaint. I checked my credit card statement and saw that my car had been paid for, $571.00 this week, $405.00 the week before, labor charges for each visit was almost $250.00. I feel they did something to my car at the first visit, so we would have to return for more costly work. The car has never had any steering or shaking problems and was not doing that when it was taken in. If it was so dangerous how could you let my husband leave the first time, why was this not discovered upon the first inspection and servicing visit. This is my second Sorento, both purchased at Chris Leith who previously owned West Gate. We planned on purchasing a 2019 from there also but after this episode the trust is gone. They don’t care about Loyalty or repeat customers. This place is now being operated by a bunch of grifters. Take your business elsewhere or you will regret it! If I could rate it zero stars I would! Best Customer Service for a Car Dealership I have been using this dealership for years. The name has changed but the wonderful employees haven't. Every time I go in I am treated with helpfulnes I have been using this dealership for years. The name has changed but the wonderful employees haven't. Every time I go in I am treated with helpfulness and knowledge. All my questions are answered and I'm never made to feel like they are unimportant questions. They have helped me with my Key Fob and so many other "little" issues, like ... changing the settings on how my doors lock. It doesn't seem to matter who I deal with here, just top notch service every time. A special shout out to Deana, Brandy, Al and Gonzalo. And a special acknowledgement to Deana who has gone above and beyond especially when I've called to ask a couple of questions over the phone. I really appreciate the service I get here and highly recommend this dealership. My 2015 Soul is in perfect condition thanks to all of you. More

Unusual Bad Service I made an appointment specifically to get my inspection done. My oil change wasn't due for 1000 miles but I spoke with Deana and said while I was her I made an appointment specifically to get my inspection done. My oil change wasn't due for 1000 miles but I spoke with Deana and said while I was here I would just go ahead and get it done. She came back a short time later and said they had found a couple of things needing repair that would take 3 hours and be $400. I told her not today I just needed the inspection and I would make an appointment later for those other things. After 1 hour she came back to say I was ready to go but I found out the inspection wasn't even done and felt like she was more excited to find other things wrong with my car than to take care of what I wanted taken care of that day. So I had to wait another hour to get the inspection done which is all I really needed done that day to begin with. It was very disappointing and I wasted 2 hours of my day for an inspection and oil change. Thank goodness this is unusual service for me here, I have been a customer since 2011 and hope things haven't changed. After I give it another try I will decide then if I would recommend coming there but for now I will just go off past service which has always been very dependable. More
