Consultants, Theatric and Peter, were both patient and attentive as they showed us various vehicles (both used and new) so that we could decide which vehicle was best suited to our needs. Peter was the consultant who helped with the purchase of the vehicle we selected. He clearly knew the product and showed commitment to getting us the best price possible, even down to the finance options. After our purchase, he also remained accessible in order to make sure we were satisfied with our car and the Kia experience. Best Buy for The Money I am very pleased with my new vehicle purchase, but more importantly, I am impressed with the way I was treated. Westgate Kia demonstrated that they I am very pleased with my new vehicle purchase, but more importantly, I am impressed with the way I was treated. Westgate Kia demonstrated that they really care about the customer. They were persistent, but patient at the same time, in working with me to make sure I purchased the vehicle of my choice at a price I felt was reasonable. Although I was not in the best of moods due to traffic delays that took me over 1 hour to get to the dealership, they did not let that deter them. I walked away feeling good about the whole ordeal and apologized to my initial salesman (Colby Vezina) for being such "trouble." (That's an inside joke! .LOL) This truly was a win-win situation for all involved. I wish to thank everyone involved in this transaction at Westgate Kia (and they know who they are). Hopefully, we will do business again. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Oh, did I mention that they have a much better selection of vehicle colors, especially the interior. That was a major plus for me as I prefer a dark interior. Other dealerships had too many white, red, black and grey cars with light interior. Westgate had a sangria color Kia with black interior that I almost purchased. Impressive! More
