2012 Kia Oil Change and Cabin Filter Just went in for an oil change and a cabin filter. The techs are always courteous. I usually go to Deanna but this time I had Gonzales. Even the service manager, cashier and sales staff have become like family, always sharing a friendly word. The service technicîan himself comes out to talk personally, recognizing my third Kia as his baby! Top that off with a free carwash and we're all set!!! More
