He assured us that he would not allow his managers to keep us for hours on end to haggle prices and followed through. He kept his word the entire process. He was excellent with the entire process. Tim and his management staff were great regarding the pricing and options to reduce the price to the range we were comfortable. We were very pleased with the professional manner in which we were assisted while the dealership was busy with many other customers wanting to be assisted and have their sales processed just as quickly. Finally, Garland was the last step we had when it came to the financials. Garland worked with us to ensure we were comfortable and understood all of our options. We had already shopped around and knew what we had outside the dealership and we were open with him on our current rates. He assisted to ensure we were able to get the best deals and handle all paperwork without any hassle while still trying to get to know us and not make it feel as just another business transaction. It took the entire team to make the experience as great as it was, many dealerships rely only on one or two people, although your team has recognized the importance of ensuring all groups handle the client with the same respect.
