He assured us that he would not allow his managers to keep us for hours on end to haggle prices and followed through. He kept his word the entire process. He was excellent with the entire process. We were very pleased with the professional manner in which we were assisted while the dealership was busy with many other customers wanting to be assisted and have their sales processed just as quickly. Finally, Garland was the last step we had when it came to the financials. Garland worked with us to ensure we were comfortable and understood all of our options. We had already shopped around and knew what we had outside the dealership and we were open with him on our current rates.
