Last visit did resolved for $400, had car 1 week. car 3: oil changed: after oil change, took in as oil was leaking. They said they could not find anything. Oil continued to leak for one month, brought back. They found that they had broken the oil filter receptacle when the oil was changed. Had to wait two weeks for part. while in for repair, car returned with the front bumper hit/damaged and now waiting for them to arrange for replacement/repair of bumper on a car less than two yrs old. Bought another new dodge a month ago from another dealer, and will try that dealer for service even thought much farther away. More

Especially when it came to hunting down additional rebates and manufacturer benefits for which I was eligible, Nate was ever vigilant. He worked with me until I was satisfied enough to take ownership and has now been excellent with the follow up care. A couple of items were not installed upon purchase due to being backordered and Nate is driving down to Fort Bragg from Wake Forest to swap vehicles, install the parts and then swap vehicles again. I will send everyone I know in the market for a vehicle to see Nate at Chris Leith Dodge in Wake Forest. More

That sounds like a shotgun out to all the lenders. Thanks! Then I was told I would be called back by 1pm Saturday - I haven't gotten a call yet. Why lie and say your going to call when your not??? Why not call and say I'm sorry the deal isn't a go or we need more time??? I will buy a vehicle in the next few months but it will not be from Chris Leith. If Mr. Leith lets this happen in his dealership it is disrespectful and dishonest. If Mr. Leith doesn't know this kind of thing is going on maybe he should hire a secret shopper. More
