There is literally ZERO good things to say about this dealership. They don’t care, customer service is terrible. It’s musical chairs in employees at the service department. Their best employee left some dealership. They don’t care, customer service is terrible. It’s musical chairs in employees at the service department. Their best employee left some time ago and it’s been a crap show ever since. When you look at service department issues, you’ll realize it’s the General Management/Ownership of the entire dealership as the root cause for such pathetic customer service. I didn’t buy my vehicle here and would never buy here. Looking elsewhere for future service needs as well. More
Worse dealership I ever bought a car from. I purchased a used vehicle from them. I was told they would give me a warranty up to 100,000 miles on the vehicle since the factory warranty was abou I purchased a used vehicle from them. I was told they would give me a warranty up to 100,000 miles on the vehicle since the factory warranty was about run out. 3 months later I took it back to them b/c the windshield wipers come on when I turn on my high beams. I wad told I do not have a warranty and it will cost over 1k to fix. I also took the car in for a regular oil change. I didn't make it 5 miles before the oil pressure light and check engine light came on. When I took it back I got a lame xxx excuse about what happened. Please listen to me, do not purchase or take your vehicle to this place. More
This is such a terrible dealership especially for service. I brought my car in for an oil change and afterwards the car developed a bad ticking noise. So I took it back to have that looked at and som service. I brought my car in for an oil change and afterwards the car developed a bad ticking noise. So I took it back to have that looked at and some other warranty concerns. To start with none of the service advisors reached out to provide any updates. I had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone for an update. Now this is my only car. When we established the car would need to be there a few days they said I could go on the waiting list for a loaner but wouldn't provide any additional help. I had to call Dodge to find out that they cover rentals for instances like I was in. After 3 days they told me they removed the intake manifold to inspect the cams and lifters. They didn't see anything wrong and after putting the intake manifold back on it magically stopped making the noise. They figured that means it's okay and they don't need to go any further. I had to ask them to go back in and find the root of the problem so it doesn't happen again. The next day I physically went to the dealership to find my car parked outside not being looked at. I found out not a single concern was properly addressed. One of the minor things I mentioned was the emergency brake doesn't hold properly. The service advisor even noted it rolls too much when applied but they didn't do anything about it. I decided to take my car because it was clear they were too incompetent to handle the repairs. All I recommend is don't ever bring your car here for service. More
Been trying to reach the service department with no success - the phone rang 25 to 30 times with no answer so I gave up - pitiful excuse for a “service dept”. Would never consider using them in the fut success - the phone rang 25 to 30 times with no answer so I gave up - pitiful excuse for a “service dept”. Would never consider using them in the future and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership! More
This is a cliffnotes version: Purchased a used vehicle January 2023. which had been sitting on their lot for 2+ years. Initial salesman didn't even know they had it. Salesman was very nice but Sales mana January 2023. which had been sitting on their lot for 2+ years. Initial salesman didn't even know they had it. Salesman was very nice but Sales manager was smug and condescending. Negotiation went back/forth and after 2 hours, finally settled on a price. Transferred our perm plate from our old car to new one. His service dept "washed" the car and I think they got more water INSIDE the vehicle than outside. When we opened the hatch, all this water was dripping on us. Salesman dried it for us. Windshield was filthy on the way home. After 2 weeks I'm calling to find out about the registration. I called multiple time & was always told "keep waiting" because it could take up to a month. Finally a week ago the dealer realized they never did the inspection (OOPS) on the car before selling it and are trying to reach us. (Either that or they realized it immediately and were scheming for 3-4 weeks trying to figure out how to remedy this without getting caught. "Bring it back we need to do a 2nd inspection" instead of being honest and saying: "We botched it and never did any inspection, is there a way you could bring it back?" No I'm not driving 200 miles R/T to fix YOUR mistake. "What can we do to make it worth your while? A set of Jeep weatherproof mats?" No you can't bribe me. They said we needed to talk to Matt, Matt's NEVER avail. Talk to Corey, Corey has no idea what's going on. Mike the sales mgr never got on the phone to clear this up. He'd only reply to texts when he was good and ready. We had to fix the dealership's mistake and ended up getting the vehicle inspected ourselves close to home. Sure enough, a week later we received the registration in the mail. Which tells me the hold up for the registration is because the dealer never did an NC inspection. Per sales mgr's text, at my request, they're mailing a check to reimburse us for the cost of the inspection THEY should have done. I'm not holding my breath. I would avoid this dealer if at all possible. It wouldn't have been that bad if they just hadn't lied. Combine the condescending sales mgr, incompetent service dept who couldn't wash a car properly or perform an inspection, and dishonest staff members all the way around covering for one another because no one had the guts to admit they failed to do an inspection and that gives you Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest. The combination of those incidents made the overall experience unpleasant. Definitely don't recommend. More
Lacks leadership, attenion to detail, customer focus, and Quality Control. I will never again take my cars here for service. In a recent exchange, here is a response from a Fixed Operations Director "If th Quality Control. I will never again take my cars here for service. In a recent exchange, here is a response from a Fixed Operations Director "If there's anyone reading this that is looking for work, I'm always looking for talent. Lube technicians start at $15 an hour for an 11 hour shift, being perfect is not required but being humble certainly helps. " I can't speak for everyone but personally the only reason I service at dealerships and pay top $ is because I want perfection and the value that I am getting for my money. Having learned that leadership sets a very low bar on quality and doing things right the first time it would be silly for me to continue here. The response from leadership tells me that they have little interest in maintaining positive customer relations. They fail to see things from the customers perspective and take exception with any customer frustration directed at them. If anyone from the dealership is reading this and is looking for some leadership direction on employee hiring/retention, customer satisfaction, goal setting, etc.let me know. I can only commit to a few hours a week and would require more then $15 per hour, More
Simple Oil Change=$600 Property Damage-Dodge doesn't care Took care in for basic oil change. All 6 qts of oil poured onto my driveway shortly after getting it home. Dodge says.. drive it back here.. care Took care in for basic oil change. All 6 qts of oil poured onto my driveway shortly after getting it home. Dodge says.. drive it back here.. [even tho oil pressure = -0%] the they say they forgot to tigten it... sorry... and the giant spill in my driveway..they send over the dodge guys with their HOME POWER WASHER .... and these guys ask me for a hose and my DAWN dish soap. When they could not get it the stain out..they said.. Cory will get up with you ... so Cory tells us to find a professional to clean it and Dodge will pay. So.. more of my time wasted and $550.00 later..the stain still won't come out and Dodge won't pay. I do NOT have 550.00 to put out...I sent them the invoice..they want me to pay it and they will 'cut a check'. No way... the way they work...I'll never see a check and now I'm being sent to a collection agency because Dodge will not pay for the cleaning and I"m in trouble with the HOA because the driveway looks THAT BAD! Meanwhile... we recently bought a new car there and all they care about is... can you keep the loan for 3 months so we can get credit for it??? Really??? Also.. an issue with the new car.. needed a part...we had to call 3x to get that resolved... the 'forgot' to order it.. REAALLY??? Now I can't even get them on the phone at all. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! SALES AND SERVICE... NO GOOD. They are good at telling lies...and not picking up the phone. That's about it. Also.. my 2015 Charger now REEKS of oil inside and out! It has only 18K miles on it... it WAS like new.. but they sure 'took care' of that... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING! The professional company that came to work on the driveway said that whoever tried to treat it first.. GROUND IT IN to the cement... so they made it worse. I told them the story of how it all happened..and guess what... they had a similar story about this dealership/service. More
UPDATE# 2. So Erick the sales manager agreed to have the windshield wipers replaced. I’m here to get them fixed. I had forgotten my remote for the garage do So Erick the sales manager agreed to have the windshield wipers replaced. I’m here to get them fixed. I had forgotten my remote for the garage door opener and asked him to check the other car. It was there and he returned it but not before blowing me out about the review I left and telling me he wished he hadn’t sold me anything and that he could and would cancel the contract on the car that we traded for. As I listened to him and asked him to listen to me and he refused and TOLD me to leave and never come back. I mean am I supposed to just not say or do anything when the second vehicle you sold me was messed up too? I checked at another dealership and this repair would have cost me over $500.00!!!!! I do have to say Tom was awesome. Even though he was put in a difficult situation by Erick he really listened and tried to help rectify the situation. Erick asked me if I believed in karma and I said yes. He told me that karma was going to come back and get me. Absolutely the WORST used car buying experience! Vehicles are not properly inspected, cleaned or tested! When a there is a problem with the vehicle- and there will be you are told that it is sold AS IS. No consideration for your time or money spent is given. I cannot believe Erick (one of the sales managers) can sleep at night knowing that he is responsible for putting people in cars that are NOT safe! The first car we got- drove it for about a month and transmission goes out. Was told by another dealer it was $7000 to fix. Called Westgate and was told to bring it there. Got there and they did agree to SELL us another car. So with feeling we had no other choice we were given 3 options in our price range. One of the vehicles was messing up as we were on a test drive. We settled on the last option. On the way home it began to drizzle. The windshield wipers did not work!!!!! That is a BASIC SAFETY REQUIREMENT!!! So I found out there is a recall on this and called the local Chevy dealer to see if they could fix it and at this time there is “ no remedy” . So I called Westgate and was told to bring car there and either wait to have it fixed or leave it. I just spent almost all day there the day before not to mention gas! I was told I would not receive any compensation for my time or gas to make a trip for something that should have worked when we bought the car!!! Please DO NOT GO HERE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! You are better off anywhere else! More

Stopped in Monday, 11/15/21 and wanted to schedule an oil change and tire rotation on 2021 Ram 2500. Lady in the service department told me I didn't need an appointment and she could get me in if I had the t change and tire rotation on 2021 Ram 2500. Lady in the service department told me I didn't need an appointment and she could get me in if I had the truck with me, I didn't but before leaving I asked her what the cost would be for it having the 6.7, she said around $150. That's about what I paid back in Vt so I was good with it. Today, 11/18/21 I brought my truck in and spoke to the same lady. She said it would take about 1.5 hrs, ok longer than I expected but I needed it done. After two hrs she came and got and apologized for it taking longer than she said because they did a recall on it, no problem. I'm at her counter and she says it will be $243.00. I'm like no, you told me Mon that it would be $150. She denied saying that. A man in the next office told her to call the dealership that did my last oil change and we could price match it. I noticed she kept pushing the buttons on the machine to complete the transaction on my credit card while he told her to do this. I could tell all she wanted was to get me out of there and she didn't want anything to do about calling the dealership who did my last oil change and tire rotation to get a price comparison. I will never do business with Westgate again. Service backs up sales and they don't have it. Funny thing is, I was talking to the Mike Roberts, a salesmen about a new Ram 3500 that I would like to get, sorry Mike it won't be through Westgate, sorry bud. Read the reviews before you get screwed by the service department like I did. More
