Above and beyond!!! I had to buy anew vehicle after mine was totaled. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I decided to try something new and switch from my beloved Ford to RA I had to buy anew vehicle after mine was totaled. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I decided to try something new and switch from my beloved Ford to RAM. From day 1 Tim and Lou were very understanding and willing to help get me into what I wanted. The first night there was just small talk, seeing what was on the lot and explaining everything we needed/wanted. Then the nightmare of finding my perfect match proved to real. With high demand and limited supply, what I wanted couldn't even be found in a 300 mile radios. That didn't stop them from finding me something. Somehow we had overlooked one truck on the lot that fit EVERYTHING to a tee. 2018 2500 Larime with the sport appearance, blacked out wheels....everything I was asking for. From a complicated situation to limited options to getting me what I wanted... Tim and Lou are beyond amazing!!!!! More
