The salesman was wonderful during the process of us making a decision to buy. After purchasing, we discovered that we were not given what we were told we would get for our trades, and we were given in making a decision to buy. After purchasing, we discovered that we were not given what we were told we would get for our trades, and we were given incorrect figures for the total vehicle cost. I even replied to emails and repeated what I was told, including the figures, to make sure it was all correct. I was assured it was, then after getting home and looking at the documents my husband signed with the finance office, I found significant differences. Now everyone there has amnesia. On top of that, we started having problems with the vehicle immediately - on the 2 hour ride home from the dealership. They can’t get it in for service for at least a month. I’ll never buy another vehicle there again. I expect people to stand on their word and these people just didn’t do that. More
I called about a new 2022 grand cherokee summit and tried to ask qiestions about it and the lady hung up on me. Very poor customer service. No way I'd buy from them if the small things as respect does not to ask qiestions about it and the lady hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Not only will they do that they will also drag their feet on telling you the “bad news” and then… this is my favorite part!!!!!——-They’ll ignore your text response which asks for a resolution to the problem they created. I now have an approved loan from my bank (which they knew about, they just didn’t get the check in hand yet), an inquiry on my credit, signed paperwork for a car they sold someone else days after we agreed to buy it and physically signed the paperwork and yup YOUUUU guessed it. No new car. I’ve sold cars for 6 years at a different brand. I’ve never treated a customer like this. We are return customers and drive up to Raleigh all the way from Fayetteville to even service it because of how great they HAD been. Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. More
I don't normally leave reviews but my experience at this dealership has been so awful, if I can save one person from going through it, I will. We bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them brand new in August 20 dealership has been so awful, if I can save one person from going through it, I will. We bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them brand new in August 2019. We were sold all of the warranties and were told everything was covered except for paint for 100,000 miles. We have only ever taken our Jeep back to this dealership for service. At an oil change/tire rotation appointment our Jeep was stuck on the lift for 1.5-2 hrs. They didn't even do the tire rotation when they got the car down off the lift. The next time we took our Jeep in for an oil change we were told that the oil cap had to be replaced and we had to pay for it because they couldn't have possibly caused the damage and it looked like we had taken it elsewhere 🙄. I needed to get the tires replaced and they couldn't get me an appointment for a month. I bought 2 used tires elsewhere to get me through until I could get the new tires. When I showed up to have the used tires put on the wheel lock key was no where to be found and when I went to the dealership they told me I was going to have to pay to replace the wheel locks. But they swore they would never sell me a Jeep without the key and it couldn't be their fault the wheel lock was missing even though I had never taken it anywhere else. Around the beginning of February this year, my Jeep started having issues starting. I called to make an appointment and again was told it would be a month. My Jeep completely died before the month was up. And after a day of arguing back and forth they eventually got someone to tow it. I was told it was the battery and that it wasn't under warranty any more so I had to pay $400 for a new battery. One week later, the check engine light was back on and all of the problems started again. A week of calling them 2-3 times a day and I finally got the assistant service manager on the phone. She finally told me I could bring my Jeep there today, Monday 4/11. So, after picking my child up from school I took my Jeep there to drop it off. The assistant service manager told me I was going to have to pay a diagnosis fee because it was probably my gas cap. My Jeep doesn't have a gas cap. She then began to yell at me and told me, "You're lucky I don't want to go to jail today. Fat xxxxx!" I don't know what kind of service they think that is but for me, it's unacceptable. I do not accept being treated this way. I have spoken with the service director but have not yet seen any action taken. I am going to be getting rid of this Jeep as soon as I can and will never use Westgate again. More

Bad business! Bought a suv in October! My motor went out on it 2 weeks ago. They told me all they could do was trade me for another vehicle with that being said I Bought a suv in October! My motor went out on it 2 weeks ago. They told me all they could do was trade me for another vehicle with that being said I would have to go through the whole credit process and down-payment again! They never disclosed to me that a transmission had put in my car or that it was a recall on my engine or other parts in the vehicle! Look through the cars before buying alot of high mileages with high prices to go along with them. Beware! More
