Found this dealer on the internet when looking for a used vehicle in March 2011. Their prices are great, but you get what you pay for. It took over a week from signing the paperwork to actually take possession on the vehicle. There were some problems with the car that we wanted to have fixed before we made the purchase. They were willing to make the repairs, but every day the salesman said we would be able to pick up the car tomorrow, then we would get a call saying it was not yet ready. They blamed the problems on the place that they took the car to when their mechanics could not fix it. My issue is that when you buy a car from a dealer (new or used) that you expect it to be right when it is put on the lot. When we got the car it was dirty. The salesman was trying to clean it up before we got there. He indicated that their cleanup crew does a poor job and he tries to detail the cars that he sells himself. After getting the car, I spent a whole day cleaning the inside myself. I would not sell my personal vehicle as dirty as this car was from this dealership. We got a better price from Westgate than I have seen advertised elsewhere. I am hoping that the quality of the vehicle we purchased is better than the quality of their service. I have bought used cars from dealers before and they have always been clean and in good working order. It did not appear that they did anything more than back the used vehicle off of the truck and park it in their lot. If you are in the market for a late model used car, they have good prices - but, be prepared to go over the vehicle with a fine-tooth comb and be prepared to spend some time cleaning it yourself.
