I purchased a vehicle on Sunday and found an issue with my air conditioner on Monday. I went to lot and was told it would at least a week before I could get service they told me to call the salesman that s my air conditioner on Monday. I went to lot and was told it would at least a week before I could get service they told me to call the salesman that sold me the truck and see if he could help. I did just that and found that another customer bought a vehicle they found an issue with their vehicle and was told they would have to wait at least a week. I was also told the reason is they have so much stock coming in that some of their service is getting those ready for sale. So my question to him is why is customer have to take a back seat to unsold stock? Where is the customer service? More
Firstly we called to see if vehicle was available and let two associates know we traveling 150 miles to see this particular vehicle. When we tried to start vehicle it wouldn't start then electronics wouldn't two associates know we traveling 150 miles to see this particular vehicle. So they wanted us to buy a broken expensive vehicle and us to get it repaired? Sorry Vince but no way. FYI: I had a check ready to buy this but never after that encounter!! More
