Poor Customer Service I went to Westgate because I have purchased 3 other vehicles through then and have always had good luck with customer service in the past. I went in and showed the what I had to trade in and told them what I could pay even said their is a little wiggle room to get into something I like. I drive a lot for work so I would like to be comfortable in my vehicle. I am rebuilding my credit so I know it's not the best, even know that I would be a little upside down from the previous jeep. (apparently paid to much for that one) The sales guys I worked with Mark King as well as Charlie Johnson. Mark is the one I started with on Sunday. I walk in explain my situation and what I'm looking for. Tell him where I need to be pricewise and let someone checkout my car as we are looking at things. Mind you I tell him I can't do much more than what I currently paying but willing to pay more for a nicer car. My current car is a 2014 Jeep Patiot Sport not a lot of bells and whistles but it worked. I wanted something bigger like the Grand Cherokee. My Current payments are around 350 and I was willing to go up to 500 for something nicer. First Jeep he shows me has a sticker price of 40000! I don't sell cars for a living but I know I can't afford a 40000 car. I say look I can do used or new just need to keep it close to what I'm paying now. he starts pulling up different cars some meh some super nice. I'm like ok this is what I want I need it to be in this price range. He says he has to do paperwork to see where we are at. Runs it on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Summit comes back with 1000 a month payment! I almost blew my top. I got angry and left. Get a text about some lost keys (pretty sure now it's a ploy to continue talking) advise no keys in my car. I asked him to work on another car we looked at. He says he will get back to me. I hear nothing for 2 days. comes back with after asking every so often what's going on and told I'll get back to you soon for two days says it has to be a new car, Ok what do you need from me. We need a 1000 down payment, Ok we can make this happen why don't you come in. Go in this morning they are still requesting more info come back with 789.00 a month double what I'm paying now. I told him again that I would have no problems with them saying they couldn't help me but instead they just wasted my time. Looking at the paperwork they have the car listed 2000 over what the website states. When I ask about it they say you don't qualify for that. I said it doesn't say I have to qualify why would you list it that way Charlie says that's how Leith Jeep does it. I hope my story helps you decide where you want to go to buy your next Jeep. Integrity and Honesty go a long way. More

ExpressLane service non-existent I am extremely disappointed with the unavailability of an "Express Oil Change" on a weekend. This is not the first time I have had this problem at the I am extremely disappointed with the unavailability of an "Express Oil Change" on a weekend. This is not the first time I have had this problem at the Westgate Mopar service center. Not being able to drop my car off at 12:30 and have it serviced before the end of the day is an unacceptable service level in my opinion. Either the service should be discontinued/renamed or appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that an "ExpressLane" oil change service can be provided within reasonable time frame. More

But I've brought my brand new 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited in 3 times for the back window leaking water. They replaced the window twice and they took over a week to get it back to me each time. I've had my car for 2 months now but I've only been able to drive it for 1 month. Make the drive to another dealership because I know I will never buy from these people again. More

Mike Wing was the salesperson and Garret Edens did the finance. I appreciated that the sales and finance aspects were low-pressure, quick, and efficient. And the product - a 4-door Wrangler Sahara - exceeds my already high expectations. More

Other dealers were mom responsive or extremely pushy, but Westgate was not. They were all about service...finding what out what I wanted and ensuring they met those needs. Working with Valeryia was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. She was always quick to respond to a question, very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. She seemed just as excited about my purchase as I was. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to purchase my Jeep from here! More
