I enjoyed a trouble-free ownership until my "Check Engine" light came and I was close enough to your store to take my Chrysler to. I was immediately greeted by Holly, my service advisor. I explained the issue and she was very quick to get my car in and set me up for a shuttle ride to work. I spoke to Michelle about a possible loaner, but none were available. I was called by Holly that same afternoon to tell me my car was read, What? Really.. you just got it, I told Holly. She must have worked magic to get me in and ready to go in the same day. My message to you Westgate Owner is, that from the moment I stepped in Westgate, it has been nothing but a great experience.
