Used ProMaster My salesman was Wes. He was extremely likable and down-to-earth and we had a fairly good understanding of each other immediately. On the test drive th My salesman was Wes. He was extremely likable and down-to-earth and we had a fairly good understanding of each other immediately. On the test drive the rear end of the van was making a racket. Upon returning to the dealership West was able to get the sales manager and the technicians to repair the van while I waited. This is great customer service and knowing how to treat an individual like you would want to be treated yourself. The only negative experience I had was when I was paying in full for the vehicle. They did not want to come down much on the price. I understand the cost of the repairs but there should be at least $1000 wiggle room in a used vehicle. I'm in the service business myself and know quite a few used car salesman and know what the markup is on a used vehicle. Overall I'm very happy with the van but I wish I could have got that thousand off. More
