I was able to look around the dealership and look at different vehicles. I finally went inside to talk to a Sales Representative, the front desk told me to wait and they were going to get someone. Cedric Fullwood, a sales representative at Westgate came and met with me to find out specifically I wanted, I told him him what I wanted and he informed me that they didnt have that vehicle there, but he found the exact vehicle I wanted at another Ram dealership and had it brought to the store, not costing me a dime. I fell in love with the truck, but what surprised me the most was the level of professional that Westgate had. Not one time did I feel like I was pushed or cornered into a sale. Cedric took the time to go through the entire process, which took a few hours. Westgate even matched the trade-in values I wanted for my vehicles so I didnt have to roll any negative equity from my trade-in to my new autoloan. I told them what I could afford each month for autoloan payments, they went out of their way to find the best deal possible and actually got me a lower vehicle payment than what I told them I could pay. I will definitely be a returning customer, every step of the way was easy and I never felt stressed. Thanks Cedric, and thanks Westgate! More

Professional and straightforward I had a good experience shopping here with Aneta. It was cold and rainy but she was happy to let me look at cars and no pressure. When I came back two I had a good experience shopping here with Aneta. It was cold and rainy but she was happy to let me look at cars and no pressure. When I came back two weeks later she remembered who I was and what car I was interested in. A lot of places are going to so-called no pressure or transparent pricing, which is a nice way of saying take it or leave it. That is not the case here. From what I could tell the prices were more than fair but if you think it’s a little high or have seen better deals elsewhere don’t be afraid to say so. If she can offer something better, she will. But also don’t expect too much though because like I said, the prices are fair. More
