But it is people that make trucks and it is people that sell trucks for people to drive them. It is that which I found most compelling about this dealership. Coming from Canada, this was the first truck I purchased in America. And I couldn’t have found a better dealer with a better team to buy it from. I liked how they switched gears based on what I was looking for and how the entire dealership came together to get me what I wanted. I was particularly impressed by Mike Wing’s disposition. Sales can be a rather thankless job, but one that he did with much pride for his company while ensuring all my expectations were met with complete satisfaction. P.S. Unfortunately, your sales dept. and your service department seem to go out of their way to make his job more difficult. The sales bosses are niggling and arbitrary. This time, they were also duplicitous. The service department makes getting an appointment as tedious as possible, and a few of the employees, especially the women, can be rude. Once, one of the service supervisors told my wife a lie about me. HE screwed up and blamed the mistake on me. I could go on a while longer . . . "Ahmad", the number cruncher, was great to work with. Do Not Honor Coupons/ Nickel and Dime They do not honor their own coupons. They are a nickel and dime service center. I called last week (5/14) and requested an appointment for transmissio They do not honor their own coupons. They are a nickel and dime service center. I called last week (5/14) and requested an appointment for transmission work and noted I had a coupon of 15% off. They gladly took my information and made an appointment for today (5/22). I dropped my car off at 7:30am and they called saying it was ready at 3:45PM. I ride up there to get my car and before paying I hand the guy my coupon. He says I cannot use that coupon as I did not state specifically to him I had a coupon when I dropped the car off. However, I dropped the car off with in a completely different guy that morning. He stated the warranty would not allow him to go back and change the price. The rebate should have been for $45, instead he was so worried about his profits he gave me a lousy free $4.00 car wash. He did not offer an item with a comparative compensation like a tire rotation or oil change. I am very disappointed the manager allows this type of business to be conducted. More
