Friendly and helpful We met Mike Wing at the door on a Sunday to look at two used Ford escapes that we saw on line. He couldn’t have been nicer and accomadating. He brought the first car up and took us for a drive and we liked the car but we’re not totally sold yet. Mike told us of a newer Jeep Cherokee with less miles that we might be interested in and took that for a drive. This car felt right to us .Mike gave us the write up on both car but never once did he pressure us to make a decision. We felt very comfortable dealing with Mike and never got the feeling that we were taking up his time as we have felt by other salespeople before! We chose to go with the Jeep because of our great experience Overall, we chose to go with the Jeep because of our great experience with Mike Wing. We had been leasing an Acura RDX for the past 3 years and it was Overall, we chose to go with the Jeep because of our great experience with Mike Wing. We had been leasing an Acura RDX for the past 3 years and it was time for another vehicle. We loved the Acura so much and were going to go with the larger one, but wanted to look around first. We ended up looking at a mix of luxury and non-luxury vehicles. We knew we wanted a white vehicle with a tan leather interior, but some of the non-luxury vehicles had many more features. Mike gave a helpful tutorial. He noted user friendly infosystems, like the luxury vehicles had, for a much better price. The Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited was the one. The decision was really hard since we were going from driving luxury. We kept going back and forth with our decision, so much that the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited we had been considering was sold. Mike found one that didn’t have one of the features. We continued to ponder our decision. Mike found the Jeep Overland for us, but we much preferred the price of the Limited. Mike was able to finesse an offer that worked for us. Not only was the price good, but Mike was the best salesman that we worked with. He took the time to understand our needs and thoroughly explain all the features, he was extremely patient with us. Mike was truly caring. Yes, the good price and features helped, but we probably would have gone with the Acura if it weren’t for Mike. More
