Friendly staff Car buying is never a fast or easy process. I spent 8 hours here buying my car and was exhausted when I got home, but found the staff to be courteous Car buying is never a fast or easy process. I spent 8 hours here buying my car and was exhausted when I got home, but found the staff to be courteous and professional, especially Wesley, who focused his entire day on my search and stayed well past closing and Jessica, who came in on her day off with her son in tow to help do my file at the last minute to get me out of there. There was ONE thing I was very disappointed in and that was the advertised price of the new cars on their website. I came in expecting a car to be a certain advertised price only to find out AFTER test driving it that the advertised price was the “after all discounts” price (some of which I didn’t qualify for, like a military discount) so the actual price was much higher. I felt deceived and like it was a fishing tactic to get me in there. I would also recommend that you give the customer a heads up about any “add ons” like warranty opportunities early on so you have time to research them and speak with family about them. I was offered a warranty opportunity right as I was signing my paperwork at the end, and it was already 8:30pm and lights were being shut off in the building so i felt pressured into making the decision that I later regretted. I wish I had known my options ahead of time so I didn’t have to make that split second decision. Probably a sales technique, but not necessarily a moral one if that’s the case. Overall, I dreaded car shopping and I still do, but the popcorn was good, staff was friendly, and I’m thrilled with my purchase thus far. More
