Recalls completed I scheduled an appointment to perform a recall service about 2-3 weeks in advance. During the interim another safety recall was announced. I dropped off my vehicle mid afternoon the day before the scheduled appointment. Received a phone just before closing that the work for both recalls was completed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. Was offered a free car wash. All work performed was completed ahead of schedule. Service personnel are always responsive and pleasant. Would have rated 5 stars if they could improve their telephone response. Very difficult to get through to speak to someone. More

Issue Arose but Service Team Stepped Up I used one of my prepaid oil change options on 08/06/18. The tech broke my O-ring and I didn’t realize it until my car started smoking 10 minutes afte I used one of my prepaid oil change options on 08/06/18. The tech broke my O-ring and I didn’t realize it until my car started smoking 10 minutes after leaving. I called the service dept and they dispatched a loaner car immediately. The issue was resolved the next morning & my car was returned after the issue was corrected. I do hope I’m credited the oil change back since it wasn’t done correctly! More
Doesn’t stand by their work We bought a used Honda Odyssey from Westgate Jeep in March. When the weather got hot, we found out there was a leak in the a/c (so much for quality inspection). But the real problem came when we were due for the first oil change. My husband tried to get the bolt off the pan and couldn’t—it had been overtightened. We took it to an oil change place we trust and were told the same thing—whomever changed the oil at Westgate had used the wrong tools and had overtightened the bolt. No big deal—just call Westgate and they can fix their mistake, right? Wrong. Bill, the service lead, told me that now that we tried to get it off, we couldn’t prove his guy had made the mistake in the first place. He said we’d have to pay for the repair and their exhorbitant oil change rate. He flat out refused under any circumstance to admit a mistake was made or make it right. When I said that it was disappointing that he was leaving me with this impression of Westgate, he said goodbye and hung up. I guess customer service doesn’t matter. More
Great Purchase Experience I found a car online that I wanted to buy for my daughter and was glad to get in the dealership and out within 30 minutes. My husband went in at a later time to test drive and determine if the car was the one we wanted. They worked with us on the price and filled the tank, detailed the car and had us through the finance process before we knew it! Very efficient, quick and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Westgate and Jarvis to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
