We went in on Friday and worked with salesman, Daniel Prince, who picked a 2017 Durango for us to look at. We looked at this one vehicle, agreed, and traded in our Jeep Compass. Follow-Up My car was at the collision center for a month. They did get an oil change that resulted in my rim being nicked and then I never got the stow away checked and the recalls done. Waisted morning! I schedule an appointment 2 weeks out to have my vehicle repaired for a major recall on rear suspension. I had to make special arrangements to have my husband drop me off at 9:45am only to be called back 25 minutes later to be told that the parts were not in stock. As a result I had to return to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and wa told that there was a waiting list in excess of 2500 vehicles waiting for the same parts and that I would be contacted as soon as they were available. With a waiting list that long I would imagine that the service representative that scheduled my appointment would have been aware of the delay and not have scheduled my vehicle to be repaired. More
