But Aetna at Westgate was friendly and helpful, suggesting different models of vehicles that met my criteria and showing us around the lot without being at all pushy. I HIGHLY recommend that any woman shopping for a car visit Westgate and specifically ask to work with her to avoid being talked down to and the dreaded "mansplaining". Although I wound up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere, Aetna's excellent customer service struck me so much as the high point of that exhausting day of test driving cars at nearly every dealer in the Glenwood area of Raleigh that I wanted to leave this review.
