Excellent Dealership Overall, the deal was very good. I would return and work with the same ppl of we were to buy another vehicle. Some of the slightly concerning issues, we didn't get what we wanted for out trade in even though it was in pretty prestige condition. We also had a bit of a mix up regarding the price we had discussed prior to going to the dealership. Originally pricing dealt with general financing and was all via email. We called and spoke with the salesman and discussed a 0% financing option which changed some incentives, but was not documented via email, so the numbers we discussed on the phone weren't exactly the same when we came in to purchase. Overall, we feel we still got a good deal and we would definitely return to Westgate of we decided to buy one of their brands. More

Bad service Department! Great Sales Team! The most recent experience was with the service department. I was charged for a service that was not provided. Not honest! I showed the service lady The most recent experience was with the service department. I was charged for a service that was not provided. Not honest! I showed the service lady where I was charged for a rotation that was not done but she said they had to charge me because that was the policy. I told her I was not charged the last visit. She proceeded to pull up a visit prior to the most recent one and show me on the screen. I felt that she knew that wasn't the most recent visit but figured I was not looking at the dates of service. When I called her out, she then said they was suppose to charge me but did not. Anyway I felt this encounter made me feel a little different about Westgate. I was in the process of considering purchasing another automobile from Westgate but not NOW! More
