Overall okay but not Focused I was there to buy car , finally got sales person , unusual for a dealership , so not a good start I said to myself. I noticed a lot of standing around by the staff the front office “greeter was half asleep” and was not best person to welcome you when you walk in so right then i knew the management were not running what most dealerships have and that is HAPPY people working there. Anyway I ended up buying the car their because it was the one I wanted and moved on :0) More

Be prepared for a really low ball offer on your trade in. Westgate gave us a ridiculous offer lower than you would get at auction. We went into a bargaining battle and finally they came up on the TI offer. Westgate gave us a ridiculous offer lower than you would get at auction. The financial person worked with us and our CU to get the paperwork done and the check for them cut. In addition, she setup for our insurance, but we had to update the lien holder from their bank to our CU. I must say I was surprised that the sales person let me try the car out on my own and keep it overnight. Good experience! More
