Brand New Challenger I've been shopping for a car for about a year now, and the time had finally come to pull the trigger. This process all started on a Wednesday and I had my new car on Thursday. The Salesman, Jeff M, was great to work with. He helped me get a great deal, for the perfect car. Even after the sale I noticed a water stain inside the door. I let my salesman know and he had me bring it in and got it taken care of in a matter of minutes. Great experience all around. I will add though, when doing your pricing with the customer DO NOT let them value your car for a trade in. You're going to want them to give you the lowest offer possible and then trade your car to CarMax. They manage to take some off of your rebates and add it to the value of your trade. It'll still be a good deal, but not the best. All around great experience otherwise. More

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my friend was not only correct but they go above and beyond in their customer service. I did not feel pressured at all and was more than satisfied in how my husband, our oldest daughter, and I were treated during our time there especially since we ended up being there past close to finalize our purchase. We never once felt like an inconvenience for keeping them from their families a little longer. I would highly recommend the staff at Westgate for your next car purchase. You won't be disappointed. When I talked to that location, they were not really interested in talking to me, but referred me to the Chrysler Jeep Dodge location because I was thinking about a Dodge Journey. I came into this location and immediately felt welcome! I talked to Steve and he is AMAZING. He worked through everything with me and got me approved when I did not think that I could. I got the Dodge Journey that I wanted and the process was simple and almost stress free. I appreciate it so much! I would definitely recommend anyone to talk to Steve, he is GREAT. I also worked with Danny and he took time to answer my questions on paperwork and financing and made it so that I understood 100% what was going on. These guys are top notch!. More
