We were apprehensive about the prospects of driving 3+hrs to another state even, to view/purchase a vehicle, but Eric made this an incredibly smooth process for us, Accommodating to our schedules, very helpful as to supplying us with images/videos of the vehicle ahead of time. He provided clear, frank and honest observations about it's condition prior to us making the trip, so we knew better what to expect. We were very specific as to our needs and whether this new vehicle would work for a large family with a history of long multi-week road trips. 7hrs of travel, 3hrs of us checking out a used conversion, and about an hour of paperwork to purchase. Worth the hour and a half drive....and they provide lifetime oil changes...supposedly even synthetic.
