Ramon was awesome We went up to Westgate to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan because ours had been totaled in an accident. When the vehicle we went up for didn't meet our needs he went out of his way to find one in another state and arrange for delivery to Fayetteville. The only issue I have is that I made a point about not liking the lack of a spare tire and that I went out of the way on a previous vehicle purchase to get an additional dealer offered package for a spare and he said there is no option for a spare. I found out today there is in fact a spare option that mounts in the side wall and now I will have to go to a local dealer to try to get it for my brand new Chrysler Pacifica. More

This is a one off apparently according to how they handle business. They are making it right and cutting me a check, but still this is so unprofessional and unacceptable. More
