We shopped around a little and no other dealership could give us a better price. The amount offered for our trade-in was generous and helpful. We appreciated the fact that we were able to settle on the final details of the purchase over the phone/email since we don't live in Raleigh. We felt Travis was being honest with us and wasn't just bluffing to try to get us to pay more. We liked the Finance Manager less. He offered us a very high interest rate at first, and then when I said I was going to look around for a better deal he "called his personal contact at the bank" and got the rate lowered a whole point. Same with the extended warranty - the first price he offered was absolutely ridiculous and when we said no he kept dropping the price for seemingly arbitrary reasons. But when we arrived to pick up the vehicle it was in perfect shape, clean and charged/gassed up. We are extremely happy with the vehicle. More
