Once it was ordered, he took it a step further and kept me updated on its progress and even when it was delayed with shipment (Hurricane Florence & Michael). Once it arrived, he let me test drive it for over an hour knowing full well I needed to absolutely make sure it was up to my requirements. Surprise, it was! Finding a Jeep Our son stopped by Westgate and talked to Travis. He relayed what we were looking for and the fact we had not bought a vehicle in almost 20 years. We needed a Jeep to tow behind our RV. So we had done some "homework" to see which was best for our needs. Travis was very informative and answered all our questions. He was honest and forth coming which is great for a Car Salesman. He allowed us to take the Grand Cherokee Home (the one my husband wanted) so I could drive it and see what I thought. I really wanted a Wrangler and they are nice but we had to choose what was best for our needs not wants. We returned the next day to purchase our FIRST Brand New Vehicle.
