Not only was the wait exessively long for a "express oil change and rotation but I watched my car be driven out and parked hen my keys and paper be given to a service man at the computer I stood up thinking they would call me soon. he and another coworker was at the computer 20 mins later another service man came out and asked if i needed help I told him the other man had my paper and keys,,,he went and spoke to him but the man and ladyy still was at the computer I went out and stood there they were on carmax and car guru! It took another 15 minutes to get my bill and then it was 130.00 for an oil change and tire rotation NOT what I was verbally quoted. When I asked he said well you have a scat and that takes special oil, I said Sport Durst Never charges me over 79.00!! He then said well probably cause you bought it there! What an experience! I was looking to upgrade in another year to a hellcat But IT WONT BE HERE Ill go back to Sport Durst! More

VERY poor communication when work needs done twice I've had to take our "new" van in for service due to recalls and "check engine lights". Neither time did we ask or they tell us how long it would take prior to arriving. The first time i waited 2-3 hours, they told me I couldn't get a loaner since it was not 24 hours out?? Had I known how long up front I would have booked one. Second time when we arrived they told us it would take 3-4 hours. We came back 4 1/2 hours later to find out they hadn't even looked at it yet, despite having an appointment, and said it might not be ready that day. I demanded a loaner and they were gracious enough to let me have one. Longer story short, it will be 2 more days before it is ready?? Make sure you Ask, Ask, Ask about the service time and demand an end time before you take your car in for service, whether it's new or not! More

They don't care I have been dealing with this service center for over three years now. It is always a struggle to get anything done with the warranty. The one time I did get something done with the warranty it took nearly two weeks to complete the process. Yesterday I bring my car in for the 100 thousand miles check. They did not return any of my text and did not call until just before the shop closed, I forgot to mention I dropped the car off at 8. They did nothing pertaining to the 100 thousand miles check and did not fix the tire that I asked them to. I wake up the next morning to a flat tire, so the trip I planned is delayed. Worst service for a dealership!!! More

NO TIME FOR USED CAR SALES! SAW ONLINE ADD REQUESTED INFO RECEIVED VMAIL NEXT MORNING FROM MERISA I CONTACTED HER AND SET UP APPT. TO SEE VEHUICLE AT 3PM SHE STATED SHE WOULD PUL SAW ONLINE ADD REQUESTED INFO RECEIVED VMAIL NEXT MORNING FROM MERISA I CONTACTED HER AND SET UP APPT. TO SEE VEHUICLE AT 3PM SHE STATED SHE WOULD PULL KEYS AND BE READY TO LOOK AT. DROVE AN HOUR AND ARRIVED AT TEN AFTER AND WAS MET AT DOOR BY SILVIA BAGLEY. GAVE HER MY NAME SAID PURPOSE OF VISIT AND SHE STATED THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD EARLIER. I NOTICED A BOARD WITH NAMES AND SALESMAN WITH MY NAME WITH AN APPT TIME OF 12;25 WITH A DIFFERENT SALESMAN OTHER THAN MERISA. SILVIA CALLED ANOTHER SALESMAN WHO CAME UP AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HER CUSTOMER GOT THERE FIRST AND CAR WAS SOLD. I STATED THAT MERISA WAS TO PULL KEYS AND SHE AGAIN STATED "MY CUSTOMER GOT HERE FIRST" SO THEN SILVIA SAYS "ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN HELP YOU WITH"? I STATED "LOOKING FOR A USED CAR". TO WHICH SHE REPLIED "THEY ARE OVER THERE BEHIND THE JEEPS" AND POINTED. NEITHER SALESMAN SEEMED IN THE LEAST BIT INTERESTED IN ASSISTING US IN OUR SEARCH. WE MADE OUR WAY OVER TO THE GENERAL AREA WHERE SHE POINTED AND WE COULD NOT DIFFERINTIATE WHICH CARS WERE BEING SOLD OR BEING WORKED ON, AND LEFT. I GET ON LINE THAT NIGHT AND FIND TWO MORE VEHICLES BEING ADVERTISED AT THIS LOC. THAT I WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY INTERESTED IN SEEING BUT THERE WAS "NO TIME FOR USED CAR SALES"!! This is my first review for anything because I believe most people just generally like to complain, and i have always just let it go but for me to waste two plus hours of my time as well as disappointing my daughter who was with me chapped my xxx a little. DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM MERISA OR ANYONE TO TRY AND FIND AN ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE OR GIVE JSUT A LITTLE BIT OF EMPATHY FOR THE FAILED VISIT. More
