I tried to start the purchase of a new 2020 Power Wagon that was listed on Autotrader. I offered the listed price(it was too good to be true), was contacted via phone by Holly. She stated that she would ru that was listed on Autotrader. I offered the listed price(it was too good to be true), was contacted via phone by Holly. She stated that she would run it by her sales manager. Keep in mind, I am over 500 miles away and willing to make the trip. 27 hours later, I text Holly and ask if the sales manager is too busy to respond. She says they had someone in the building who made a better offer at the same time as mine. I asked why she didn’t call and she responded that she was very busy and I was too far away. Poor customer service at best. More
Poor Quality Control in Service Department First experience a few months back, got an oil change and axle replaced under warranty. When I picked up my truck, there was a large spot of grease on my cloth seats (truck was still pretty much brand new with no stains anywhere). They did clean the seat, but the stain still remains. Overall not a bad experience, just frustrating that no one saw the spot and they didn't clean it all the way. 2nd experience August4, 2020 - Took truck in for oil change and transmission leak. Specifically told two people (during appointment set up and when I dropped off) DO NOT rotate my tires. I had just got new wheels 3 weeks ago and did not want them damaged and the tires did not needed rotated yet. They rotated them anyway and went through my glove box to find the key for the wheel lock. One wheel was nicked a little and they left out one of the chrome screws on the center cap. They removed my hitch and did not put it back and cannot find it. Plastic seat cover and floor mat were left in the truck for me to dispose of. The counter folks were nice enough, but the QC needs a lot of improvement. More

I had visited Westgate Jeep weeks prior before my purchasing my car and I was extremely adamant on a specific wrangler, however, with the purchase of my first car I was nervous and anxious as anyone should be. Usually, car salesmen will pressure you and, in a way, persuade you to buy the car that day at that exact moment and not have that genuine care whether you are ready or not, because they have to make a sale. But Chelsea really made me feel comfortable by speaking with patience and kindness, things like; "Come back whenever YOU feel ready. I'll be here. I understand that buying a car is stressful and it's a big purchase. So, call me." I left feeling really cared for and thought of. A week later, I returned feeling ready to purchase my 2020 Wrangler. I immediately asked to speak with Chelsea and not to bore you with the details/process of buying a car, I left with a tremendous joy in the purchase of my new car. Throughout the entire process, I felt heard by Chelsea M. She wasn't pushing a 'sale' or being forceful, she was compassionate and caring through it all and with that, she was going above and beyond to help me in the deal of the purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Chelsea Morales. Not only is she patient, kind, but delivered great customer service, great care, and truly made the experience of buying a car comfortable with NO stress. She met my expectations and went beyond. More

They do not stand by their vehicles, nor do they stand by their customers. Bought a used 2013 Jeep two weeks ago, with less than 100 miles driven since, and when a check engine light came on we called them i their customers. Bought a used 2013 Jeep two weeks ago, with less than 100 miles driven since, and when a check engine light came on we called them immediately for any assistance. After giving our info and holding, then waiting for twenty minutes on the side of the road for a callback, we were told “there’s nothing we can do.” No assistance at all, not even an offer for us to have it towed there and checked out. We towed directly to a mechanic and found out minimum $3k repair for a new transmission in a 2013 Jeep with less than 100k miles, local trade, and one owner. We were told they had fully inspected the vehicle, everything checked out, and it was running well. How in less than two weeks do we find out it needs a brand new transmission and it was completely asymptomatic the entire time? Disappointing management and customer service. When they go to pressure you into their “bumper to bumper” warranties on their used vehicles, understand this is because even they don’t trust in their vehicles. I’m sure this is so they can up charge labor and repairs to the warranty company over those hardworking customers that try to pay out of their own pocket. Not only all of this, but when we originally spoke to the dealership about rates etc we were quoted a payment that we were happy with. Upon arriving and sitting down, the finance guy came back with a $300 more monthly payment and no terms that we had previously discussed. Remember, Westgate will not look out for you but only their dollar. More
