I don't normally leave reviews but my experience at this dealership has been so awful, if I can save one person from going through it, I will. We bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them brand new in August 20 dealership has been so awful, if I can save one person from going through it, I will. We bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them brand new in August 2019. We were sold all of the warranties and were told everything was covered except for paint for 100,000 miles. We have only ever taken our Jeep back to this dealership for service. At an oil change/tire rotation appointment our Jeep was stuck on the lift for 1.5-2 hrs. They didn't even do the tire rotation when they got the car down off the lift. The next time we took our Jeep in for an oil change we were told that the oil cap had to be replaced and we had to pay for it because they couldn't have possibly caused the damage and it looked like we had taken it elsewhere 🙄. I needed to get the tires replaced and they couldn't get me an appointment for a month. I bought 2 used tires elsewhere to get me through until I could get the new tires. When I showed up to have the used tires put on the wheel lock key was no where to be found and when I went to the dealership they told me I was going to have to pay to replace the wheel locks. But they swore they would never sell me a Jeep without the key and it couldn't be their fault the wheel lock was missing even though I had never taken it anywhere else. Around the beginning of February this year, my Jeep started having issues starting. I called to make an appointment and again was told it would be a month. My Jeep completely died before the month was up. And after a day of arguing back and forth they eventually got someone to tow it. I was told it was the battery and that it wasn't under warranty any more so I had to pay $400 for a new battery. One week later, the check engine light was back on and all of the problems started again. A week of calling them 2-3 times a day and I finally got the assistant service manager on the phone. She finally told me I could bring my Jeep there today, Monday 4/11. So, after picking my child up from school I took my Jeep there to drop it off. The assistant service manager told me I was going to have to pay a diagnosis fee because it was probably my gas cap. My Jeep doesn't have a gas cap. She then began to yell at me and told me, "You're lucky I don't want to go to jail today. Fat xxxxx!" I don't know what kind of service they think that is but for me, it's unacceptable. I do not accept being treated this way. I have spoken with the service director but have not yet seen any action taken. I am going to be getting rid of this Jeep as soon as I can and will never use Westgate again. More

Bad business! Bought a suv in October! My motor went out on it 2 weeks ago. They told me all they could do was trade me for another vehicle with that being said I Bought a suv in October! My motor went out on it 2 weeks ago. They told me all they could do was trade me for another vehicle with that being said I would have to go through the whole credit process and down-payment again! They never disclosed to me that a transmission had put in my car or that it was a recall on my engine or other parts in the vehicle! Look through the cars before buying alot of high mileages with high prices to go along with them. Beware! More

Drove down from New Hampshire to purchase a used vehicle from Westgate on February 19th 2022. Dealt with Emily and Jeff on-line and Jeff completed the paperwork once I arrived at the dealership. Very happy from Westgate on February 19th 2022. Dealt with Emily and Jeff on-line and Jeff completed the paperwork once I arrived at the dealership. Very happy with experience and it was painless. Drove the newly acquired vehicle home later that day (approximately 750 miles). Looking forward to doing business with Westgate Auto Group again. Thank you. More
I called ahead, prepared as well as possible before going 1.5 hours away to look at a 2010 Acura MDX that is listed as "in superb condition inside and out!!" but was not even close to "superb". The TPMS ligh 1.5 hours away to look at a 2010 Acura MDX that is listed as "in superb condition inside and out!!" but was not even close to "superb". The TPMS light was on upon start up, the hood shocks do not work, there was food and debris from the front to the third row back, a corroding battery in the change holder, and the center console covering is completely ripped off of the center console - and Stacy claimed not to know anything about anything and became offended as we were pointing out things that were wrong with a car that is listed as in superb condition both inside and out. After the test drive I offered 10K (so $952 less than asking) with the provision of the car being detailed (which we were told is done to every car that is sold, so shouldn't affect my price), and fixing hood shocks and the tire pressure maintenance system, which shouldn't reflect in my price since the car is listed in superb condition. She came back with an offer of $11750 with $148 payments for 36 months - I pointed out that she had only given me $500 off the car. I was firm in the $10K and she came back with the next deal telling me it was $11265 with $150 payments for 36 months. When I asked her how that math was possible she became rude and refused to try and explain this new math to me, asking me why I was quibbling over $2!! The "manager" came and told me I was being unreasonable to expect the car to be in any better condition than it is at 12 years old, but no one could explain that if that is so why it is listed in superb condition - but I was told that everyone's opinion of what "superb" means will be different. Seriously?! I walked out, and on the ride home I texted the number I had been dealing with before going and explained all of this - he texted back that he was sorry and he didn't know where she got her numbers. He sent me a photo of the banks offer which read $11265 with payments of $129 per month. So, she was obviously trying to rip me off in an attempt at making more money on the loan!! I walked in with $7500 cash to buy this car - and showed the cash to both her and the manager to try and make the point that I wasn't playing games, specifically answered her question of "do you want deal number one or deal number 2" with the answer, "I want the deal that is fair and honest" at which time she told me we obviously were not connecting, and that I obviously couldn't connect with her manager, so she didn't know what else to do for me, so she was going to walk away so my brother and I can talk - and that's when I decided to just walk out. Stacy's behavior and attitude was ridiculous and cost your company $10K. Perhaps everyone there should just go on vacation since y'all have so much business you can afford to throw away $10K with $7500 of it being given to you in cash. More
Bought (cash) 2015 jeep cherokee on January 8th 2022 and didn't get my 2nd key to the vehicle.. they said someone in the service dept had it and would send it asap... we still don't have it and they don't e didn't get my 2nd key to the vehicle.. they said someone in the service dept had it and would send it asap... we still don't have it and they don't even have the decency to call me about it. I have had to call them every time and half the time no answer. The front wiper fluid doesn't come out , the jeep wasn't cleaned before we took it home, the front tires are worn and it needs a alignment..But most of all I want my extra key! We live a hour away and now will have to drive back to get a key made with tolls both ways and the price of gas! Very unprofessional! More
