It was the worst! I came in to buy 2 trucks valued at over 100,000. the salesman used the old trick about the value of the car. he promised me 13,000 then when I got I came in to buy 2 trucks valued at over 100,000. the salesman used the old trick about the value of the car. he promised me 13,000 then when I got in there for the final deal he knocked it down to 10,000 because there was 200.00 in damage to the bumper. I laughed at him and he said yesterday was yesterday and today is today..................what a joke these salesman are. dont trust this dealer at all More

The wait time to get into financing could have been a little better but overall Mildred made our experience there a good one! Treated like I was under educated I warned my daughter to avoid this dealership as they have been less than adequate in the past. She made an appointment anyway for a Saturday. They told her the car wouldn't be ready til Tuesday and she could get a rental car at no charge from Enterprise. Well, the car rental was closed and we never did get a car as they were closed the next day too. We had also purchased a bumper to bumper warranty that we were told NEVER expires And could be sold with the car. NOT TRUE. When picking up the car I was told a warranty like that would cost $20,000.00 (told to me like I had three heads). When calling Ford's Customer Service in Dearborn, MI, I was told that I needed to take this up with the dealer. The dealer claimed I need to take this up with Ford. Hmmm. I've yet to learn how to talk from both sides of my mouth. Avoid this dealer. I doubt that I would ever purchase a Ford again. More

The Great Escape MARY CABARLE is a sweet sales person who is very knowledgeable of Ford sales and service. Mary helped me find and finance my 2015 Ford Escape when oth MARY CABARLE is a sweet sales person who is very knowledgeable of Ford sales and service. She always gets me into the free car washes quickly and said that if I call when I am coming in for service she will help expedite that also. Westfield Ford Exceptional Experience I became obsessed in the car buying experience. I researched many websites nit restricted to Ford.com(true car, Edmunds.com, and KBB.com) I have only I became obsessed in the car buying experience. I researched many websites nit restricted to Ford.com(true car, Edmunds.com, and KBB.com) I have only purchased 3-4 new cars but the reputation of car dealers in general did not put me at ease. I found the car I wanted at what I felt was a good fair price and chose Westfield Ford a few miles further for his purpose. I met Bill Lange who worked with me every step of the way. Bill had great interpersonal skills and his Ford knowledge was amazing. My intent the day of purchase was to put a deposit down and they were going to locate/trade with another dealer. I changed my mind on color and Westfield honored my pricing allowing me to drive home that day with my dream car.
